Statement of Faith

  • We believe in the One and Only True Almighty God, the Creator of heaven and earth the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. (Exodus 3:6)
  • We believe Almighty God revealed Himself to us through His Holy Scripture as:
  1. Almighty God Father – Avinu – Yahova (YHWH) – Creator, Lawgiver and Judge
  2. Living Word of Almighty God – Only Begotten Son of Almighty God – Yeshua Ha Mashiach (Messiah, Jesus Christ) – Anointed Savior, Redeemer and King of Israel and the World
  3. Spirit of Almighty God – Ruach HaKodesh – Holy Spirit – Comforter, Counselor and Teacher
  • We believe Yeshua Ha Mashiach, meaning salvation, came to this world born of a virgin. He is the promised Messiah of Israel and through Him alone salvation is provided. He is the root and offspring of King David. He is our Passover, the Lamb of Almighty God.
  • We believe in the First coming of Yeshua: Its purpose was to make atonement for sin. (Daniel 9:24-26; Isaiah 53; Romans 3:21-31; Hebrews 9-10; John 3:16-17)
  • We believe that Yeshua lived a perfectly sinless life, and His sacrificial death on the cross is complete atonement for our sins. (I Peter 2:21-22, 24; and John 19:30)
  • Messiah Yeshua takes away the sins of the world. He died, arose on the third day, ascended to Heaven, where He reigns forever as King of kings and Lord of lords. (1 Corinthians 15:20 and Revelation 19:26)
  • We believe in the Second coming of Yeshua: Promised coming in the air to receive the believers to Himself. (I Thessalonians 4:13-18; John 14:1-6; I Corinthians 15:51-57)
  • We believe that Yeshua is the Way, the Truth, and the Life; no one comes to the Father except through him. (John 6:29, 40, 44; 14:6; 1 John 5:11-12)
  • We believe that the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) came upon individuals during the times of our forefathers, such as Moses, David, and the Prophets, for specific purposes as revealed in the Tanakh (Old Testament). In the Renewed Covenant, the Messiah, Yeshua, promised His disciples that the Comforter would come to them after He was gone. The Comforter was described as the Spirit of Truth, who was with them and would be in them. Yeshua further declared that the Spirit of Truth would guide us into all truth and would glorify Him – the Messiah. He empowers us. He seals us. If we have not the Spirit, we are not His. He leads us and teaches us. His indwelling enables us to live godly lives. (Genesis 1:2II Sam. 23:1-3John 14:17, 26John 16:13-15Acts 1:8Ephesians 1:13; 4:30Romans 8:9Romans 8:14-17Acts 2:38)
  • We believe that the Ruach HaKodesh has been poured out on all believers in Messiah Yeshua to empower them to be witnesses for Him and to live a holy life in Him.
  • We further believe in the gifts of the Ruach HaKodesh and in the operation of those gifts throughout the Body of Messiah. (Acts 1:8 and 1 Corinthians 12:1-11)
  • We believe that the Bible, consisting of the Tanakh (Holy Scriptures) and the later writings commonly known as the B’rit Hadashah (Renewed Covenant, also commonly referred to as the New Testament), is the divinely inspired, inerrant, authoritative Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
  • We believe the foundation of all subsequent Scripture is the Torah – the first five books of the Tanakh. The Torah is a lifestyle, and not an issue of salvation. Yeshua the Messiah came to interpret the Torah correctly. We believe that Yeshua is the living Torah; the Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us.
  • We believe that the Torah is Almighty God’s standard of Holiness, and that His commandments are not to be taken lightly and disregarded.
  • We believe that the Renewed Covenant (Ha Brit Hadasha) body of believers is composed of both Jews and non-Jews who have received Yeshua the Messiah as the Promised Redeemer.
  • We believe that man was created in the image of Almighty God, but through disobedience fell from his first state and became separated from Almighty God. Therefore, according to the Scriptures, all men are born with a sinful nature. Man’s only hope for redemption (salvation) is through the atonement made by the Messiah, resulting in regeneration by the Holy Spirit, which is the new birth. For by grace we are saved through faith; it is a gift of Almighty God.
  • We believe all mankind possesses a bent toward sin, and must personally accept the work of Yeshua the Messiah as payment for the penalty of those sins. (Romans 3:23, 6:23; Acts 16:31; John 1:12)
  • We believe Almighty God will judge all mankind and will dispense both reward and punishment in perfect wisdom and justice
  • We believe that all who receive salvation through the blood atonement of Yeshua will also share in the power of His resurrection from the dead and will live forever in the Kingdom of Heaven. (Revelation 5:9-10)
  • Our goals as the people of Almighty God are to be followers of Yeshua the Messiah, to be holy unto Almighty God our Father, to live righteous and godly lives in this world, to be equally clean in our conscious inner man and in our walk, and to be full of love for one another.
  • We believe we have a responsibility to represent Almighty God and Messiah in our individual lives by doing good, feeding the hungry, visiting the sick and imprisoned, and in this way, we sanctify and uplift the Name of Almighty God. (Matthew 25:34-40, James 2:15-18)
  • We recognize that Jewish people who place their faith in Israel’s Messiah, Yeshua, continue to be Jewish according to the Scriptures (Romans 2:28-29).  Non-Jews who place their faith in Yeshua, are “grafted into” the Jewish olive tree of faith becoming spiritual sons and daughters of Abraham and become equal sharers in the covenant promises of Almighty God. (Deuteronomy 14:2, Isaiah 41:8-10, Romans 11:11-24, Galatians 3:28-29).
  • We believe in observing and celebrating Almighty God’s Holy Days given to Israel through His Word, with their fulfillment in and through the Messiah Yeshua.
  1. “7th Day biblcal Sabbath – Shabbat”
  2. “Passover – Pesach” – Sacrificing of the Lamb of Almighty God – Crucifixion of Yeshua
  3. “Unleaven Bread – Chag haMatzot” – Burial of Yeshua in the grave
  4. “First Fruits – Yom ha-Bikkurim” – Resurrection of Yeshua
  5. “Pentecost – Shavuot” – giving of the Ten Commandments – Pouring out of the Holy Spirit on Yeshua believers
  6. “Feast of Trumpets – Yom ha-Teruah” – Rupture and Second coming of Messiah
  7. “Day of Atonement – Yom ha Kippurim” – Judgment of Almighty God
  8. “Feast of Tabernacles – Chag Sukkot” – Millennium
  • We believe that we must teach the body of Messiah true doctrines and practices related to the biblical Holy days, Feasts and 7th day Sabbath avoiding any pagan and legalistic influences.
